MTV Movie Awards Live Stream 2016: Watch Online!

The 2016 MTV Movie Awards will be broadcast on Sunday night, one day after the event was held in Burbank, California. Watch the live stream below!

For the first time, MTV turned one of its signature awards shows into a full weekend celebration by choosing to pre-tape the ceremony on Saturday at the Warner Bros. studio lot, and then have it air on television on Sunday. Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart co-hosted last night’s show, which marked the MTV Movie Awards 25th anniversary. As such, the two stars paid tribute to many of the classic Movie Awards moments from years past.

The award show also featured a number of top celebrities as presenters. During the broadcast, fans can expect to see Johnson’s Baywatch co-star Zac Efron, as well as Anna Kendrick, Emilia Clarke, Common, Jesse Eisenberg, Halle Berry, Jonah Hill, Charlize Theron, and Miles Teller. Also on hand were Amy Poehler, Chris Pratt, and former MTV Movie Awards host Rebel Wilson.

Will Smith and Melissa McCarthy were the night’s two biggest honorees, receiving the Generation Award and Comedic Genius Award, respectively. Both were feted by friends and co-stars, and now viewers will get to see how it all played out. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern, immediately after the 30-minute red carpet pre-show. Stay tuned!
